Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Processing time refers to the time required to prepare, package, and ship your order and does not include transit time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be made once an order has been placed.

All hair products are final sale. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the order has been marked as delivered by the carrier. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
