All hair products are final sale. Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions and hair-related products, no returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted once an order has been placed. Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, including length, texture, and quantity, prior to completing their purchase. In the event that an order is received damaged or incorrect, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with their order number and clear photographic evidence for review. Submitting a claim does not guarantee a refund, replacement, or exchange. By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge and agree to this final sale policy.
